Videotron Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc., is an integrated communications company engaged in cable television, interactive multimedia development, Internet access, residential cable telephone and business telecommunications services.

Videotron has one of the largest two-way interconnected HFC (hybrid fibre optic/coaxial cable) networks in North America. It is the only company with a broadband telecommunications network the reaches 80% of Québec households, or 2.4 million homes. Broadband facilities are an indispensable ingredient in high-tech development and convergence.
Videotron is a leader in new technologies with its illico^TM interactive television system and its broadband network, which supports services including high-speed cable modem Internet access, analog and digital cable TV, Video on Demand and High-Definition Television.

Videotron is Québec's largest television distribution company and leading high-speed ISP. At the beginning of 2005, it became the first major cable company in Canada to offer residential telephone service. Videotron posted the strongest net customer growth of any Canadian cable provider in 2005.

Videotron Business Solutions

The operations of Videotron Telecom Ltd. have been incorporated into Videotron since January 1, 2006, when the two companies were merged and Videotron Business Solutions was created.

Canal Vox

Videotron's community television service, Canal Vox, is available in virtually every region of Québec. Its rich and varied program lineup gives the public access to the air waves and promotes a diversity of voices through high-quality locally produced programs and a schedule based on the viewing audience's preferences. Canal Vox reflects regional and cultural realities in the communities it serves.
