TVA Group Inc. is an integrated communications company engaged in broadcasting, teleshopping, multimedia, the production of audiovisual content, magazines, publishing, merchandising and product development for international markets. TVA Group has more than 1,500 employees.

TVA is the largest private-sector producer and broadcaster of French-language entertainment and public affairs programming in North America. It owns six of the ten stations comprising the TVA network: CFTM-TV (Montréal), CFCM-TV (Québec City), CFER-TV (Rimouski), CHLT-TV (Sherbrooke), CHEM-TV (Trois-Rivières) and CJPM-TV (Chicoutimi). The other four affiliated stations are CFEM-TV (Rouyn), CHOT-TV (Hull), CHAU-TV (Carleton) and CIMT-TV (Rivière-du-Loup).

The TVA network's signal reaches nearly the entire French-speaking audience in the province of Québec and a significant portion of French-speaking viewers in the rest of Canada. TVA also holds interests in Sun TV, in analog specialty services such as Le Canal Nouvelles TVA (LCN) and Canal Évasion, in the digital specialty channels mentv, Mystery, Mystère, Argent and Prise 2, and in the Indigo pay-per-view channel.
