Levy Restaurants is the undisputed North American leader in food, service and creating innovative guest experiences at sports and entertainment venues. Food service management at an arena is a complex operation that demands specialized expertise. During major events, the challenge is to prepare and serve thousands of meals and beverages, ranging from fast food to gourmet dishes, in less than two-and-a-half hours.

Quebecor’s goal is to offer guests at the Québec City Arena a diverse, accessible menu that features Québec suppliers, highlighting local products and specialties with Québec-based concepts available in the Arena. Levy’s operations will be led by a Québec City chef, and supported by a local leadership and service team.

In all facets of the Arena’s operations, Quebecor’s priority is to work with the top experts in the field while maximizing the economic benefits for Québec businesses and providing the best possible customer experience, concluded Benoit Robert.

We are excited to embark on this partnership with Quebecor, said Andy Lansing, President and CEO of Levy Restaurants. This opportunity presents an exciting mission to build each aspect of the guest experience from the ground up, reflecting Québec City’s distinct culture and tremendous community pride - especially when it comes to its food, arts and entertainment.

Working closely with Quebecor, Levy will help design a unique dining program for Québec fans, drawing on its refined restaurant roots and experience serving leading sports and entertainment venues in North America, including major market arenas such as Chicago’s United Center, Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena, Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center and New York’s Barclays Center.

The addition of the Québec City Arena expands Levy’s Canadian sports and entertainment presence as the company built the food and beverage program from scratch at a pair of new Canadian Football League venues: Ottawa’s TD Place and Hamilton’s Tim Horton’s Stadium. Levy Restaurants operates both facilities.
