QUB radio Takes Home 3 Canadian Podcast Awards!

 

QUB radio, Quebecor’s digital radio, is pleased to announce that three of its podcasts were honoured at the Canadian Podcast Awards in Toronto, an event that recognizes Canada’s very best productions in this genre.  

The series Pèse sur start won in the Games & Hobbies Series category, with awards going to Kazzie Charbonneau, Christine Lemus, André Péloquin and Philippe Séguin.

In the Music Series category, Elise Jetté, Philippe Melbourne-Dufour, André Péloquin, Stéphane Plante and Frederic Poirier were winners for the series Question de feeling par Disque dur.


The series Synthèses won the award for Original Music and Lyrics for a Series. Congratulations to composer Francis Faubert, and his collaborators Julien Morissette and Steven Boivin.

And finally, the series En 5 minutes was nominated in the Science and Medecine Series category.

 

This demonstrates once again that podcasts are a growing phenomenon. In terms of French-language content, our many original series are satisfying a demand for variety and quality. We’re delighted with these wins, and these awards motivate us to keep offering quality content
