Quebecor and TVA Sports at the Grands Prix Cyclistes: Expect an intense, adrenaline-pumping ride!

Quebecor and TVA Sports are proud to be associated with the 5th edition of the Grands Prix Cyclistes as a major sponsor, media partner and official broadcaster. The world-class event, consisting of two stops on the UCI WorldTour, in Québec City and Montréal, as well as the Challenge Sprint Pro, will be carried on TVA Sports from September 11 to 14. Quebecor is also proud to sponsor two events for Québec’s amateur cyclists in connection with the Grands Prix Cyclistes, the La Montréalaise cyclosportive, which was held on September 7, and the La Québécoise cyclosportive, which will take place on September 13.

  • Friday, September 12: Grand Prix de Québec – 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 14: Grand Prix de Montréal – 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Broadcast times on TVA

  • Saturday, September 13: highlights of the Québec City race ­– 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 14: TVA joins TVA Sports’ coverage from 2:30 p.m. until the end of the race

The Québec City and Montréal Grands Prix Cyclistes are the only North American stops on the UCI WorldTour. The 5th edition is shaping up to be a nail-biter with 8 of the top 15 riders in the UCI WorldTour general rankings and 6 of the 15 top finishers in the last Tour de France slated to compete. The Canadian and Québec cyclists entered in the races include Hugo Houle(AG2R LA MONDIALE), Antoine Duchesne (TEAM EUROPCAR) and Christian Meier (ORICA GREENEDGE).
