Videotron Ltd. (“Videotron”) today announced the closing of its issuance and sale of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2029 and C$750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2028 previously announced on June 3, 2021.
