The recognition reflects Videotron’s commitment to giving its customers with the best possible experience at all its points of sale by providing superior customer service, the support of knowledgeable, dedicated employees and high-quality products and services, all under one roof. For example, Videotron has taken a number of initiatives to enhance customer experience since last year, such as its Pro team of sales reps who offer customers customized information sessions.
